    Immediately upon activation the user is connected to the GEOS International Emergency Response Center (IERCC), and the response begins. The IERCC will immediately connect with first responders, either on site or official first response, such as Police, Fire or EMS. The Emergency Operations Team will ensure not only that help is on the way, they will communicate with you until help arrives.

    The Monitor Me! feature allows employees to be safe in a variety of situations, such as lone or remote worker, real estate sales, traveling employee or many other applicable areas or tasks. This feature uses an adjustable, yet defined time frame requiring the user to check-in at these defined intervals, letting peers, management or even GEOS know that they are okay. Once the activity they are participating in is complete, they simply instruct the solution to stop monitoring them. If they miss a check in specified recipients are notified, including the GEOS IERCC to take immediate action.

    The people safety solution also provides for the company to define a check-in, check-out schedule for certain types of employees.     Smartphones are equipped with an internal GPS that can collect and report location information. However, there are a number of variables that determine the accuracy.     Itinerary Review and Approval

    The Travel Planner feature allows employees to input their travel plans from flights, to hotels, you name it and the rules that the company, agency or group have defined will be enforced during the itinerary planning process. The Travel Planner also allows for an itinerary review and approval process to be defined. Once completed, the Travel Planner tool makes all of this information available on the main safety and security view in the Global Safety Fusion Center, allowing you to know where all of you employees are.

    GEOS and the International Emergency Response Coordination Center (IERCC) provide 24x7 incident monitoring and response all over the world. GEOS takes great pride in working with first responders around the globe providing them with incident information, updates and critical and developing incident information. GEOS monitors solutions for individuals, groups, students, corporations and first response organizations. The information that GEOS receives during an alert is critical in immediately identifying any affected party, group or responder.

  • Two-Way Communication

    As soon as the personnel at GEOS receive an alert from a GEOS supported device, they will attempt to make contact with the user to let them know help is on the way. This two way communication can be either voice (audio) or text (chat), or both depending on the features of the incident monitoring device. With some application and devices, we even receive video or images in real-time giving us a precise picture of what is happening. This information is key because, it is what helps to complete the situational picture for you and your first responders while they are en route, and even once they arrive at the scene.
